Clients must be 18 years old, present a Minnesota-issued I.D. (or a bill showing your Minnesota address), and present one of the following:

You participate in a federal or Minnesota needs-based public assistance program* (proof required). *Note, these qualifications have been modified and are effective as of May 1, 2023.

• Food Support (SNAP, WIC)
• Medical Assistance (MN Medicaid, MA)
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

OR You earned less than $47,600 as an individual or less than $68,000 as a family in the past year. A copy of your income tax return is required from the past two years. In 2023, we will accept tax returns from 2021 or 2022. W-2 forms are not accepted.
