Working to end Minnesota’s pet overpopulation problem

Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program Professional Corporation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides high-quality, high-volume, low-cost spay and neuter services to owned animals within underserved and low-income communities, animals within the rescue and shelter system, and feral cat communities. We reach pets in neighborhoods where cost, transportation or the absence of veterinary services is an obstacle to obtaining spay and neuter services.

MN SNAP was founded by Kim Culbertson, DVM, and a group of animal advocates with the goal of reducing the death and suffering of homeless animals across Minnesota. MN SNAP staff works in a surgically outfitted RV and at its headquarters clinic in North Minneapolis.

MN SNAP is able to achieve extraordinary results due to the commitment and support of its donors, volunteers, employees and board of directors.
