At MN SNAP, our volunteers’ hard work and dedication make our mission possible. We have an exciting opportunity if you want to support our mission and work directly with our clients.

We seek individuals passionate about animal welfare and dedicated to helping others as our client services volunteer.

You will support clients who contact us through our Google Voice phone service. Your primary responsibility will be to help clients by returning messages or forwarding them to the right staff member, ensuring their questions or concerns are handled quickly and efficiently.

Here are key details about the role:

  • Time commitment: This is a 20-hour-per-week role, offering some flexibility to fit around your schedule.
  • Important note: This role is not for everyone. It requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally and compassionately.
  • Training: We will provide training to ensure you feel confident as a client services volunteer. You will be able to learn from current volunteers.
