MN SNAP will resume normal operations and surgeries on Sunday, December 17, 2023 after a brief pause. This is thanks to the hard work of our team and is much faster than we anticipated. Clients and our rescue partners who were impacted by cancellations are being contacted via email to reschedule their appointments and registrations for new surgeries will open after the new year.

We thank you for your support, patience and understanding while we worked tirelessly to resume MN SNAP operations using the same high standards as our departing founder and Medical Director, Dr. Kim Culbertson. We will continue to provide high-quality, affordable and accessible spay and neuter services to those in need and do everything we can to honor and uphold Dr. Culbertson’s legacy and her unwavering determination to end the suffering and unnecessary death of Minnesota cats, dogs and rabbits due to overpopulation.
