Now Accepting Applications: Client Communications Technician

Enjoy a rewarding career helping to keep pets with the people who love them!

If you’d like to apply to be a MN SNAP Client Communications Technician, please send a cover letter and resume to Operations Director Christie Daluge at [email protected].

MN SNAP, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, works to keep pets with the people who love them. Through low- and no-cost spay and neuter surgeries and core vaccinations for cats, dogs and rabbits, MN SNAP collaborates with communities across Minnesota to increase access to affordable veterinary care. MN SNAP’s mission is accomplished via a mobile surgery clinic and a stationary clinic in North Minneapolis. Since 2010, MN SNAP has completed more than 200,000 surgeries in partnership with low-income families and nonprofit rescues and shelters.

We’re looking for someone to join our mobile clinic team that works throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and outstate Minnesota. Duties include, but are not limited to: checking in patients; preparing post-operative medications to go home with patients; producing sterilization and vaccination certificates; maintaining impeccable records; discharging patients; and supervising volunteers.

We prefer that the candidate has experience in veterinary medicine, but we’ll train individuals who are eager to learn. Additionally, the candidate must be a hard worker, detail oriented, good communicator and someone who loves working with pets and their people!

MN SNAP seeks to create a diverse work culture that closely matches the diversity of our clients and community. To that end, BIPOC and people who identify as LGBTQIA2S+ are encouraged to apply.
