Steve Lundeen, founder of Dream Engineering, has more than 25 years experience as a senior executive in corporate America, serving as Chief Human Resources and Loss Prevention officer for several companies, including Eddie Bauer, Bath & Body Works, Sunglass Hut International and, LifeTime Fitness.

Steve specializes in the areas of executive coaching, life coaching and leadership resourcefulness. He has experience in guiding clients to a clearer understanding of their areas of greatest effectiveness while addressing their critical development challenges.

With his deep experience in Human Resources, organizational leadership and coaching, Steve works with clients to define and meet their needs in the areas of life coaching, executive coaching, leadership team development, succession planning and executive transition.

In his role as coach, Steve combines a blend of curiosity and intuition with validated assessment instruments to help pinpoint and address issues that would have otherwise derailed careers or impeded personal growth. He believes in building long term sustainable excellence in his clients and giving them the tools to self observe and self correct.

Steve holds an M.Ed. in Human Resource Development and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Minnesota as well as a Coaching Certification from The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.  He has been an active contributor to non-profit organizations.  He has served on the Boards of the Seattle Youth Symphony, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Seattle.  He is currently on the Board of MN SNAP (Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program) and is active with Habitat for Humanity in Minneapolis.  While at the University of Minnesota, Steve was President of the Men’s Glee Club and to this day wishes he had pursued his passion in music.  He scratches that itch occasionally with his wife, Katie.  They’ve sung the National Anthem at several sporting events in Minneapolis (and enjoy a very successful won-loss record).  Steve also has the distinction of being the starting center on the last Big 10 Championship football team from the University of Minnesota.  Most important to Steve is his family: his wife Katie, who he compares favorably to Mary Poppins (practically perfect), his three fantastic kids (all with great mates), and his five very special grandchildren.

Mimi Pizzi graduated from the University of Minnesota in Speech-Communication in 1980. She “cut her teeth” on several television talk shows at KSTP-TV before making the move to Boston for her career. She went from Boston to Los Angeles to Manhattan and back to L.A., where she spent the better part of 25 years working in network and syndicated television. She earned six National Daytime Emmy Awards for her work as a Producer on “The Rosie O’Donnell Show” and “Dr. Oz.” She returned to her much-beloved Minneapolis in the fall of 2012 and has since become an Event Planner/Producer for various nonprofits.

Before joining the MN SNAP Board, Mimi served on the FRIENDS of the Minnesota Orchestra Board as a Director-At-Large and a Director of Membership; was a volunteer at the Whisker Whirl Gala for the Animal Humane Society and is currently tutoring children who temporarily reside at Mary’s Place. All of that; however, pales in comparison to the passion and commitment she feels to all animals, especially senior dogs. She was “mother” to a Corgi named Sherman for 13 years, rescued a senior Lhasa Apso named Clementine and a cat named Napoleon.
