Absolutely satisfied with overall experience!!! My fiancee and I are new dog parents, and couldn’t have asked for better reassurance from such wonderful staff. The staffs customer service is impeccable, all questions were answered in beyond a five star rating if possible. After our puppy was spayed, follow-up care was provided clearly, worries were calmed with quick accommodation to response, additional services such as a friendly question of a cone to protect our baby was greatly appreciated as our heads were worried when dropping her off.Star ratings, and words are not enough for this organization, bring your cat or dog to this organization when showing quality care to your pet.
Excellent program, very cool i only needed my state medical card to qualify making it really simple and that is awesome! Two kitties with shots and neuter and spay came to 288 for both using a card. Cash would be a little less but that is incredibly Low either way and extremely budget friendly for people on the lower spectrum of income so i thank you so much for helping us in that way. If only there was more openings so we could have gotten in sooner, we had a two month wait for these guys to get in and our appointment was transferred to a different location than originally set up which could be extremely difficult for some people so that is a bummer but thankfully we have a vehicle so we made it happen even if we had to go across the city to make it happen. For us it makes a huge difference on the quality of life for these kitties and it also ensures no future kittens from our kitties. We rescued ours from a backyard but we didn’t purchase the kittens, they were free. Im happy to give these guys a forever home and your mission helps families like us to be able to do that. I brought my kitten here and had a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, and it’s clear they have a love for animals. They were diligent with the process and communicated with me every step of the way—from calling a couple days before to remind me of my appointment and what to bring, to explaining the post-surgical care instructions. The whole neuter/spay process is generally very clear and well-outlined. This is such a great resource for the community and I’m so happy it exists. My kitten is an emotional support animal and having access to the affordable, yet comprehensive, care provided at MN SNAP is a blessing. Here’s my little guy post-surgery 🙂
Super happy to have an affordable program to help our fur babies get spay/neutered. While there was a wait for check in, the rest of the process was extremely straightforward and staff are very informative and friendly. Happy to come home with a healthy kitty 😊
Got my kitten neutered for $100! They were a bit behind when I went to drop him off so we had to wait in my car for almost an hour. But again, $100 for a neuter is awesome. He’s happy and healthy so I cant complain too much.Staff were friendly and the video you watch is very informative.
Got my 60 pound dog neutered early november and he was very well taken care of. the checking in, to explaining the day, giving approximate pick up time & then thoroughly explaining the healing process (with a detailed video!) was amazing. 10/10 for sure would recommend to anyone.
MNSNAP is terrific, kind and professional. It gives people the ability to spay and neuter their pets as they should when money is tight. They were great! Easy check in, took awhile, but they took care of our kittens neuter and he is already back to normal, less than 12hours later.
Very helpful. I did not get what you would call a discount, but I am so happy that there was somewhere to take the cat that has made my chicken coop her home. I really am an animal lover and cried over the fact they had to trim one of her ears, but I understand why now.
I had tried a few different times, to schedule my cats here to be spayed, as I cannot afford the cost that local vet clinics are providing me. I’m told I don’t qualify, due to my income, however that’s not fair or right, as my entire paychecks go to bills and I truly cannot afford to do this independently. I offered to send paystubs and payment confirmations for my bill receipts, as again, that’s where all my income goes. They referred me to another agency, though this other agency is not getting back to me. One of my cats, who needed to be fixed, was in heat and escaped. I haven’t seen her in over a week now and the weather is getting colder..
Nice bathrooms. Wonderful staffing. Very expedient process without losing sight of customer support and care overall. The receptionist was an exceptional lady that answered my questions and even allowed me to text her about further possible services and whether they were necessary. I had a very positive and great experience with my kitten man, a true fuzzy faced ruffian. The helpfulness of having the post op surgery video available online on YouTube was appreciated so that the rest of my family could also be well informed about our kitty’s aftercare expectations/instructions. —Expect to have to park however wherever you can initially then as the crowd gets put through their processing then you can even move your car closer to the entryway. The street the entrance to the building is on is a busy high traffic street, just noting that for whoever might be wondering, as well as the parking being a bit of a tricky thing to navigate. Mostly just putting forth information I had wanted to know when I was going to my appointment. Otherwise I’m so glad I was able to afford these critical services and lquality care for my loveable cuddle monster– my lil man is all good for having went through it. Giving them all the stars available and more if I could ❣️
Staff were super friendly and responsive in communications, and their services are affordable. This last portion was necessary in my situation, and they made it easy, yet I didn’t feel like a charity case. I am extremely grateful for the services they offer!

This place is the best I support them regularly even though I haven’t had to bring any pets in for a long while. They do the best work to take care of not only keeping the pet population in check but keeping your pets taken care of for a reasonable rate. If you need your pet spade or neutered and qualify this is the place to go. Thank you for all your have done not only for my personal pets but the ferals I have caught and you have fixed. You guys are amazing!!!!
This is one of the best and most affordable pet care clinics in the state of Minnesota. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. They explain every detail to you in regards to providing the best possible care for your pet. If you have not taken your pet here, you and your pet are missing out. A+++ Rating by me!
They took great care with our kitty Estrella, who was spayed, chipped, and vaccinated here. They seem to be booked out a couple of months, but they are a great option as they have a fee scale when it comes to pricing. Which is amazing as you know vet services can be spendy. Our kitty was dropped off at 8:30 am. and ready for pick-up by 5:45 pm. We are returning in two weeks for Estrella’s moms’ surgery (Joy).
Super efficient check-in process and the level of compassionate care is phenomenal 👏 I’ve TNR’D many of the yard 🐈 😻 cats and the colony is much safer.
Affordable services for your fur babies! It’s a bit of a drive for me, wish they had a closer location for me so I didn’t have to drive and hour and a half each way and you have to be there early and I had to wait around but worth the money. Friendly staff.
Thanks everyone for the help with paying a low price to get my cat fixed today. When I called to see how my cat Tom was doing she was very helpful in letting me know what was going on and when I’d expect to here from them again. They were helpful with the after care. Instructions. All together it a good place to have your pet fixed, shots or chipped. Thanks to all of the staff there your much appreciated.
I was looking for a certain clinic in St. Paul my friend used and stumble across this program. Took a leap of faith and I’m glad I did. It was a hard descison to spay my lil bean. Nikita recovered great. Thanks MN SNAP. They also do hernia repairs for $10 if it is open. Im glad they reassured me as they took her to the operating room, and I believe they did a good job. Reveiws are accruate. Check in is around an hour, waited 5 hours and check out within 10 mins.For scheduling you can always leave them a voicemail asking, but I would recommend planning 2-4 months in advance.
Such a great facility and staff. They are super clean, efficient, and take good care of your furry friends!My puppy ended up getting an infection from licking too much and the on-call nurse got back back to me within five minutes and filled a prescription. She also answered all my questions and made me feel much better. Highly recommended!
Easy and painless for the pet parents. Will have to see how the kitties do tomorrow. I recommend this place. Openings fill up quickly. I suggest to keep looking on their website mid-month, that’s when they post for l upcoming openings.

Our foster pup had a great experience here. She even got to see one of her litter mates. And when I showed up to pick up the pup, the employee behind the counter had our pup in a baby Bjorne so she could be cuddled!! The best! And the pup healed very quickly.
Amazing place if you need your pet altered at an affordable price. A spay and shots were $115 today instead of $600. It’s based on income. They also help rescues and people taking care of feral cats. The check-in was quick and easy, as was the pick up. Thank you for taking great care of my baby!
Very professional kind staff, took care of my cat while getting neutered. Only thing I could say as an improvement would be to some how notify us of how the animal is doing. 6 hours with no updates made me worry alot throughout the process
Thanks to MN SNAP I was able to neuter my dog Negro for just 100$. Everywhere else charges 400$-600$+The entire process was so smooth! They gave me a buzzer so I can wait in my car till we were called in. Simple drop off and pick up. I will recommend your services to anyone I know in need.Thanks again so much. 💖

The staff here were so kind and efficient! They even trimmed my pup’s nails while she was getting spayed which was amazing since when I’ve tried to do it she fights like I’m trying to chop off her whole foot. Overall a very good experience.
Nice and friendly staff.They didn’t try to talk me into doing procedures that wast really called for.And they did the shots for free.I would recommend this place to my friends.
It was a great experience for both myself and our dog and cat, they both came home just as i left them, all except for our doggie, he totally had a complex for a couple days, even tears, but quickly returned back to his happy self and they both are back to rough housing around like their typical selves before their surgeries. Thank so much SNAP TEAM, this program is such an amazing thing, we could not have provided both our pets at this time, with their vet needs, thank you thank you, thank you, you are such angels for doing this for us and providing these services affordable to the community😻

I was told by the woman that called me that I should make sure that my dog is full and fed well before surgery.. that is horrible I don’t believe that you should feed your dog before a surgery. There’s not a lot of communication between you and them whatsoever very disappointed I feel as though you drop your dog off and you don’t know if he’s coming back or not nobody tells you nothing and that woman on the phone was horrible
