| As the weather (finally) warms, MN SNAP is traveling more frequently throughout northern and southern Minnesota in our mobile surgery vehicle. Many Minnesotans are hours away from veterinary services, and our clinics hosted by communities, rescues/shelters and tribal nations are families’ only chance to access affordable spay/neuter surgeries and basic vaccinations.The further we go this summer, the more Minnesota families and pets we can keep together. Plus, we’re preventing countless unwanted pet births. As the only clinic and mobile clinic in Minnesota dedicated to year-round accessible spay/neuter surgeries, it’s a tremendous amount of work and travel for our teams.
