We are proud to announce that the entire MN SNAP team (including Veterinarians, Vet Techs and office support staff) has completed Fear Free Shelter Training and are individually certified. Every staff member took the Fear Free Shelter Training during our May Staff Meeting. In this program, we learned how to help animals feel less fearful, anxious and stressed (FAS) and frustrated by applying strategies and techniques that reduce these negative emotional states.
